There are non-Christian men who try to bring a Christian woman to their way of thinking. A long-ago high school classmate whom I knew slightly in school contacted me after a 50-year high school reunion and attempted to create a relationship. He even proposed marriage and bought a ring (all this with an online communication and later by phone). He tried to convince me I was wrong when I told him I could not engage in sexual conversation on the phone (this happened a few weeks ago). He finally severed contact with me about two weeks ago. It was hurtful but I knew that it is more important that I maintain my relationship to Christ. One of the contentious things with him was he wanted a current picture which I would not send. I had the feeling that he would use it for something I would not want. So, I have felt rather blue about it but know that I cannot be unequally yoked to anyone.

We are made to be attracted to women. That is natural. What we do with that attraction is where the lines are drawn. Do we appreciate her beauty and move on, or dwell and lust for her? The thing that some women fail to realize is when they cross the line in how they dress. There are some ways in which they reveal way too much. In those instances, they are seeking the attention or do not know any better. Its unfortunate that society tells women that they have to dress provocatively to capture the attention of men.

This article made me cry. My dear brothers! They need their Christian sisters to be strong for them in a hypersexualized society that is trying to take men out. I promise to do whatever I can to lead my brothers to Christ, not to me.
